«Highland Spokesman» is an experimental project by Andrei Lialkin from St. Petersburg, a musician who works in various genres ranging from ambient music to industrial hip-hop and breakcore.

Andrei is back with his second album, 'Memory Slot,' on Zonned Records! This album immediately captivates the listener with its atmosphere, reminiscent of spending time at the computer on a cozy autumn evening when music bitrates were no more than 128 kbps, and YouTube had just made its appearance.
